How are Figurecustom.com bobble heads made?
Our bobble head statues are made of polymer clay. It is a compound generally used for statues, figurines, and decorative furniture. It is a sturdy material that can be inctricately molded, allowing a great level of detail with consistent texture.
What type of statues have you made before?
We've made police officer's, FBI / CIA agents, action heroes, surfer's, marathon runner's crossing the finish line, swimmer's, divers, sports fans, basketball players dunking a ball, hip-hoppers, rappers on a mic, soccer players, political figures, bride and groom wedding toppers, tennis players, fisherman, firemen, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, people in cars, people in scooters, golfers, rock stars, babies, you name it, we've probably made it.
Can you make statues of famous people?
We have in the past, but for those famous people only. Generally, we cannot make statues of any person that profits from their own image such as professional athletes, musicians and actors. However, we can make statues of political figures and NCAA athletes, as these do not infringe upon United States copyright/parody laws.
Can I return my statue for a refund?
Our products are custom made especially for you. We will go great lengths to make your statue to your liking. If we fail, we will refund 100% of your money upon the return of your statue in its original condition. Customers requesting a refund must return the statue within 3 days of receiving the product(s) and must obtain a tracking number. Please email the shipment tracking number to info@figurecustom.com immediately upon shipping the item to us. Be sure to pack the product(s) well as it must arrive in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

How good do the photographs need to be?
Your statue can only be as good as the photograph you send us -- its all we have to work from! Please be careful to send us photographs that are a good likeness of the person you want sculpted, preferably with a similar facial expression to the one you want the statue to have.

Side view photos help us capture profile characteristics like nose length and angle, forehead depth, and chin angle. If you do not provide the side view photo, we can still do a great statue, however, it may not necessarily look like the person from the side.
Do the resolution of the photos I send in matter?
As long as the photos are large enough to see the details of the face, the resolution does not matter much.
Can I mail in my photographs if I do not have a digital copy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept photographs. As an alternative, you may also have photos scanned onto a disk or CD at a local copy shop such as FedEx Kinko's. You may then email the digital image.
How long does the entire process take?
We aim to have your statue delivered to you within 2-4 weeks of the date you placed your order. The proofing stage generally dictates the time it takes to complete your order.
How do your statues compare to the rest?
We are the only bobble head supplier that offers the following:
1. No additional charges to the quantity of proofing / edits.

2. No additional charges changing the color or adding items to a "Choose" body.
